Big shout-out to RCG for their incredible patience, support, and encouragement during my quest to buy a travel trailer. I had my heart set on finding a newer model at a fair price, which meant casting a wide net across the country. Dave from RCG totally got what I was looking for. I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about buying a boat through Resolute Consignment Group at first. But, wow, they really impressed me! From start to finish, they made sure I was taken care of and satisfied. They were always available to answer my questions about the boat, and if they didn't know something right away, they got back to me quickly with the info I needed. I never felt out of the loop, every text and email was answered within a few hours, no matter when I sent it. If you're on the fence like I was, trust me, you can relax and let RCG handle it. So, I found myself needing to sell my jet skis but had zero time to handle the whole marketing and selling process. Enter Resolute Consignment Group. These guys made everything so much easier. They took over the marketing, and their team did a stellar job of showcasing my jet skis. The closing process was smooth, though it did cost a bit. Buying online is one thing, but when it’s time to sell, the consignment service you choose makes all the difference. I first went with a local boutique on a whim, and it was a nightmare—poor estimates, items sitting unsold forever. Frustrated, I decided to give Resolute Consignment Group a shot. I’m happy to say the experience was a lot better. Their responses were quick, and their team was genuinely friendly. Everything went smoothly, and I was pleased with the results. However, there were a few minor issues along the way that kept this from being a perfect experience. Overall, though, Resolute Consignment Group did a solid job and I’d recommend them for sure!

I recently decided to sell my pair of SeaDoo jet skis and turned to Resolute Consignment Group. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect travel trailer to retire in for the past two years, and the crew at Resolute Consignment Group really came through. They were super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole transaction. Last week, I finally closed on an Airstream, and it was smooth deal from start to finish. I wired the money to an escrow account, and they got the bill of sale to me overnight. After a 10-day inspection, everything was transferred into my name, all notarized and official. They even hooked me up with recommendations for insurance, and a transporter. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, RCG made it all easy!

I had a solid experience with Resolute Consignment Group overall, but there were a few hiccups. Everything started off great—I was thrilled to see the UTV on August 4th and was ready to finalize the deal. However, I had to deal with some banking headaches since they only accepted wire transfers. I took delivery of the UTV on August 11th, but the title docs took their sweet time, arriving only on August 20th. There was a bit of back-and-forth with emails, and it felt like progress was slow. If not for the delays, this would've been a five-star deal.
